Our family had just learned that we only need P3 million to have the transplant at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. Thanks to the Carlos Family for the information.PCSO and First Hand Foundation's help will be given to us soon. God is truly there to help us. Our family only needs to raise only about a million pesos at this point!

At the Wedding and Portrait Photographers of the Philippines Photo Exhibit

Thanks a lot to the Matubis family for inviting us to be a part of the WPPP Photo Exhibit held at Mega Trade Hall of SM Mega Mall last May 4 to 7. The said photo exhibit became the start of our fund campaign for JC's liver transplant operation.
The Wedding and Portrait Photographers of the Philippines chose Lift Babies Foundation to be the benificiary. Photos of JC and other biliary atresia babies were displayed at the exhibit. Part of the income of the said exhibit will be given to Lift babies Foundation. We raised some amounts during the four-day affair. And we also met some families whose babies already had their liver transplant. We were inspired by their stories. We are now ready to continue the fund raising campaign.

Dear Friends, Relatives, Colleagues & Other Compassionate People Out There

Jan Ciryl has to undergo a lot of lab tests and immunizations at this point.
Our family is still raising funds to have these lab tests...
but we know that a lot of people are there to support us!

Please read...
Dear Friends, Relatives, Colleagues & other Compassionate People Out There,

I am Eloisa Tiburcio a preschool teacher from Isla, Valenzuela City,Philippines.
Sadly, my youngest son Jan Ciryl has a very rare liver disease called biliary atresia, a condition where the liver does not have bile ducts. He needs liver transplant in order to live. Such operation is not done in our country and it normally costs P4 million to P7 million pesos.Pediatric liver transplant can be done in Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Kaohsuing, Taiwan, or at the Queen Mary Hospital in Hong Kong.
The amount of the operation is very huge and our family can not support such financially.
Thus, we are seeking help and assistance from you in whichever way possible. The assistance that you'll give us will be of great help to our family to complete the needed amount for the transplant operation. Our family is in the process of raising funds.

Thank you, more power and God bless!

Respectfully yours,
MRS. ELOISA TIBURCIO

...experiencing difficulties

Our family is still having difficulty of whose doctor will provide our recent clinical abstract.
I was wondering why we're having difficulty to get it. That document will help us to get the assistance we need. At this point, we'll try to get the abstract from our previous gastroentorologist, our gastroentorologist we consulted way before year 2003.
