Great News

We just had the JC's blood results yesterday. Those that are high became low and those that are needed to go up increased a little, meaning there is improvement on his blood chemistry and hematology except for the albumin that is continually becoming low and low. We need to guard this one. But Doctor Urtula told us that JC's lab results show great improvement. AFP shows normal which means he has no cancer, anti HBC is non-reactive (the last requirement for the hepatitis profile). Though the results still are far beyond normal against the reference or parameters, results show improvement, thus NO BLOOD TRANSFUSION AT THIS POINT. Thanks for your prayers.

My youngest son needs your help...please

I am Eloisa V. Tiburcio, a preschool teacher from Isla, Valenzuela City, Philippines. Sadly my youngest son Jan Ciryl has a very rare liver disease called biliary atresia that needs liver transplant. Such operation is not done in our country. Pediatric transplant can be done at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Kaohsiung, Taiwan or at the Queen Mary hospital in Hong Kong or at any other countries far from us. And it costs from P3 to P4 million. Our family has sought the assistance of different government institutions and foundations. Gladly some of them responded and gave us medical assistance. I am in agony everytime I see my son JC with a very big tummy and with a disease that anytime could kill him. He can not go to school because of the disease.
